BREA - Bosnia (BiH) REALTORS Association

Association of BiH REALTORS is non-governmental, non-political, voluntary, professional and scientific association .Aims of the Association are:

• To assist, through education, consulting and lectures, development and progress of all BiH REALTORS members and also of all economic subjects participating in process of BiH REALTORS development in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in areas of mediating, estimating, financing, development, consulting, managing, building, urbanism and planning, and all with the aim of raising standard of practise and maintaining ownership in interest of public welfare,

• To implement contacts and cooperations with related non-government associations in Bosnia and Herzegovina in order to improve the image of economy of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

• To establish and recommend Association's Code of Ethics.

• To educate and licence its members to get authorised to show Association's logo as recognised sign of high quality. Activities of Association comprise of:

• Assistance in preparing members for gaining basic knowledge in the process of BiH REALTORS development.
.

• Educating Association members about metodologies in the ways of conducting business in process of BiH REALTORS development in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

• Analizing, researching and conducting polls aiming at improvement of economic situation in process of BiH REALTORS development in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

• Organizing conferences, seminars and lecturings for the Association members, organizing study excursions, as well as participating in conferences and seminars of other associations and institutions.

• Aquiring, educating and issuing recognised licences in the process of BiH REALTORS development.

• Issuing magazines and professional publications for Association members.Association organs are: Parliament, Administrative Committee and Control Board.Association members are: regular members, associate members, honorary members, benefactors and donors that accept Association's Code of
Ethics.
